To impart excellent and quality education through value based system to produce not just global professionals but ingenious thinkers in the field of Pharmacy and Health care.
Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)
PEO 1: KNOWLEDGE: The students shall equip with knowledge, skills and research aptitude to successfully compete for entry level position in industry or pursue higher education MS, M. Pharm, MBA or in related field.
PEO 2: PROFESSIONAL ETHICS: The students shall equip with integrity and ethical values so that they become responsible pharmacy graduates.
PEO 3: INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP: The students shall engage in innovative activities by using ingenious thinking to envision better ways of accomplishing professional goals.
PEO 4: LIFE LONG LEARNING: Contemporary professional and lifelong learning skills including hands on laboratory experience to successfully compete in local, national and global pharmaceutical field. The student shall continuously strive to expand his or her knowledge to maintain professional competence.
PEO 5: LEADERSHIP AND TEAM WORK: The students shall develop the ability to function effectively both as team member and as leader at the workplace and demonstrate appropriate interpersonal behavior.
Programme Outcomes (POs)
Programme outcomes (POs) are the abilities demonstrated by the students while graduating from the institute. The following programme outcomes define the knowledge, skills and behavior that students acquire as they progress through the program.
a. An ability to apply knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences and life sciences.
b. An ability to identify, formulate and solve the problems of Pharmaceutical industry, community and hospital pharmacy.
c. An ability to write, interpret and communicate effectively.
d. An ability to function effectively in the professional environment as an individual and as a member or leader of team.
e. An ability to use technical skills, modern tools, software in industry and pharmacy practice.
